About the product
Cheese “Gouda-Uglich” perfectly suits lovers of of the famous “Gouda” cheese. In June 2016 our product took the gold medal at the International week of dairy products at the Russian Research Institute of Butter and Cheese Making in the town of Uglich.
Product composition: whole milk, skim milk, a starter culture of pure lactococcal cultures, table salt, milk-clotting beef rennet enzyme preparation, calcium chloride.
