This natural milk contains all useful elements and characteristics. Whole milk of high quality is used to produce this product. It has a high percentage of milk fat and it is intended for people of high physical and mental activities, people, undergoing recovery after illnesses, those, suffering from anemia, exhaustion, loss of appetite.
The heat treatment of milk (pasteurization and ultra-pasteurization) is aimed at avoiding the process of souring of milk when it is stored at home. Heat treatment helps to destroy microorganisms and their spores.
Bactofugation is a modern technique to remove micro flora from milk, including removal of spores, somatic cells and other types of contamination.
The production lines of our Dairy Plant has special bacteria separators or bactofugeurs installed on. This equipment is rather expensive and few enterprises can afford to have it.
Our factory produces two types of milk – pasteurized, with 14 day shelf life, and ultra-pasteurized, with 6 month shelf life.
