The results of the annual review-competition "Collective agreement - guarantor of social protection of the employee" were summed up at an extended meeting of the Presidium of the regional organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers. Trade union leaders, heads of agricultural enterprises, representatives of the regional legislative authority, young trade union activists and veterans of the trade union movement took part in the event.

In the nomination "Best collective agreement in agricultural organizations" with up to 150 employees, first place was shared by the “Ilyushinsky” Agricultural Production Cooperative and the “Rus” Agricultural Production Cooperative, second place went to the “SOYUZ” breeding plant, and third place went to the “Kalinin” collective farm.

In the nomination "The best collective agreement in agricultural organizations" with over 150 employees, the first place was won by the breeding farm-collective farm named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR, the second place was won by the agricultural production cooperative "Teplichny", and the third place was won by JSC "Zarya".

In the nomination "The best collective agreement in food and processing industry organizations and organizations serving agriculture", PC "Vologda Dairy Plant" took the first prize.

The event also discussed the best collective agreements and the social securities they provide, solving personnel problems in the industry, developing rural areas and state support for the agro-industrial complex.
