The competition jury, which included the head of the production laboratory of our plant Natalya Nikolaevna Kusakina and chemist Anna Dmitrievna Davydova, assessed milk by organoleptic indicators, physical and chemical properties and somatic cell content. All samples were coded.

26 agricultural enterprises and farming households from 18 municipalities took part in the regional competition "Best Milk - 2024". All participants are winners and prize-winners of district reviews of the quality of raw milk.

Among agricultural enterprises, according to the total assessment of the results, the winners were:
in the nomination with an average productivity per cow in 2023 over 10,001 kg - SPK "Plemzavod Maysky", Vologda District, who are our supplers.
in the nomination with an average productivity per cow in 2023 of 7,501 - 10,000 kg - SKHPK (kolkhoz) Prigorodny "PLUS", Ustyuzhensky District in the nomination with an average productivity per cow in 2023 up to 7,500 kg - kolkhoz "Yuzhok", Cherepovets District;
in the nomination with an average productivity per cow per in 2023 up to 7,500 kg - kolkhoz "Yuzhok", Cherepovets District;

According to the results of the competition, the milk of OOO "Monza" from Mezhdurechensky District was recognized as the most delicious milk in the Vologda Region based on organoleptic quality indicators. The best farm milk is from the farm of an individual entrepreneur - the head of the farm Elena Simakina (Vytegorsky District).
