About the product

Classic Parmesan cheese is made from cow’s milk. Due to the long ripening period it has a pronounced cheesy, creamy taste, with a bit of spiciness. It has a dense consistency and proteins.

Product composition: whole milk, skim milk, starter based on pure cultures of mesothermophilic lactic acid microorganisms, milk-clotting enzyme preparation of animal origin “Kalase 210”, enzyme preparation of animal origin “ Lipase”, table salt, calcium chloride sealant. Fat content is 32%, mass fraction of fat in dry matter is 50%.
